Geetanjali has 25 years of leadership experience in the areas of organizational learning, coaching, talent development and people strategy, with some of the world’s most respected companies such as General Electric, Enel Green Power, Aon Hewitt, Mercer, and Vodafone. In her last role as Vice-President and Head of People & Organization at Enel, Geetanjali institutionalized leadership development programs across all levels of management and introduced innovative learning strategies for the organization. In December 2024, EGP India received the ‘Industry’s Team of the Year’ award from SolarQuarter for its contribution to Education and Training of Renewable Energy professionals in India. Under the leadership of Geetanjali, Enel India also received the Solaris India 2023 ‘Best Workplaces in India’ Award for workplace excellence in India’s clean energy sector. Through her career, Geetanjali Shivdasani has been recognized with Management Awards for her leadership in People Strategy and Execution Excellence, including being listed in the Hall of Energies, the global recognition program of Enel. She was consistently rated ‘Top Talent’ in GE during the company’s aggressive performance-driven culture and was awarded the Brand builder of the Year award at Hewitt Associates in 2007.

Geetanjali was certified as a Corporate Mindfulness Trainer by Potential Project International in May 2018. She is a student of the Tushita Meditation Centre, Dharamshala and has successfully completed several programs under various teachers of Buddhist Studies, including ‘Lamp for the Path to Enlightenment’ led by Geshe Lhakdor, ‘Healing with Compassion’ by Geshe Tenzin Legstok, ‘The Buddhist Path of Training the Mind’ by Venerable Drolma, ‘Being your own Therapist’ by Venerable Robina Courtin, ‘Path of Joy’ by Venerable Amy Miller and several other short courses run through by Tushita through the year. She has also received an Advanced Pranic Healing certification through MCKS Yoga Vidya Pranic Healing Trust, New Delhi. Since then, she has conducted several courses on Mindfulness and Spiritual growth, and lectured on related topics at Management Schools and Industry forums.

Geetanjali believes in living a life full of kindness, compassion and respect, not just for one another as human beings, but towards all living beings, including animals and the environment. Her life is her message. Geetanjali was certified as a Humane Education teacher through the Institute of Humane Education, Maine, United States in 2014. This course gives its students the knowledge, skills and passion to live a life aligned to their values and work towards creating solutions for a more just, healthy and humane world. Geetanjali is a Vegan activist and runs the Be Kind to Animals Foundation towards this purpose. Geetanjali, along with a team of talented musicians and singers, uses the joyful medium of music to create awareness among people about their diet and lifestyle, and their repercussions on the lives of other beings, the environment and their own health. The Foundation conducts musical community events on a regular basis across Delhi and NCR.

Geetanjali is a regular speaker at various corporate and educational forums with Management Schools and participates in Mental and Spiritual Health related panel discussions in the industry. She taught the ‘Happiness curriculum’ to Arya Samaj school students in Delhi & NCR and shared her perspectives on mindfulness on AIR FM Gold every Monday morning during 2018-19. Geetanjali is a post-graduate in HR from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune and was in the Top 10 list of Delhi University scholars with Mathematics Honours from Lady Shri Ram College in the year 1999.
