About the program:
We know of ‘Mindfulness’ as being a quality that has the power to enhance every aspect of our being – our mental skills, our emotional being as well as our physical strength. You will have the opportunity to learn the theory and practice of Mindfulness with short, daily sessions through a power-packed 21 day program. This program requires discipline, energy, and commitment and brings back in return, joy, a renewed sense of self and a meaningful life, as part its learning outcomes.
