“It’s very difficult to frame into words how much these sessions have helped me but the fact is they have changed my perspective towards life. I am more mindful and conscious of my thoughts than ever before. It feels good to be able to consciously control my thoughts throughout my day. It has helped me to focus on what is positive mindset and necessary; and maintain a peaceful mindset. I see a lot of changes in how I deal with situations and everyone around me. I have even witnessed the positive response from my friends and family. It’s like they are now starting to feel free and safer around me. I guess I am more easy going and patient with everyone. “Before starting with 120 Mindfulness program, I knew there was meditation but with no knowledge of how it is done. Mindfulness program has helped me a lot, now I know how to meditate. I do the meditation everyday when I wake even if its 10 to 15 minutes. This has helped me to be in control of what I think and how I plan the day. Since Covid I gained a lot weight, and I have been struggling to loose the weight even though I go to the gym more often. On Monday 18/09/2023 when I was doing my meditation session, I realised that the reason I am not loosing weight even though I go to the gym more often is my abusive relationship with food, then I had to make a decision. Is the food going to control my life , or I am in control of what I eat, do I go to the gym even if I do not feel like going to the gym. My session took 30 minutes on the day because I had to resolve to problem first. I am happy now,I go to gym at 5:00 am without even dragging my self out of bed. Thank you so much to 120 Mindfulness program, it has helped me a lot”.
