Mode of delivery: Offline/ Hybrid, based on organizational needs
Ideal group size: 15-20 people

About the program:

This two-week intensive Mindfulness Program aims to provide a method for us to cultivate a sense of inner contentment that is lasting. Our repeated experiences in life, whether they have to do with our career, health or relationships, show us that dissatisfaction and frustration do not have external conditions as their root cause; all mental problems come from the mind. Therefore, if we aspire for true satisfaction in our lives, we have to investigate and recognise the nature of the mind, and discover how our minds interprets things around us. In this course we will take a look at the four noble truths of the Buddha and explore how the human mind has the potential for infinite development and everlasting happiness.

Over the course of this program, participants will learn how to:

  • Strengthen their Emotional Intelligence by cultivating presence and a deeper understanding of life
  • Use practical methods for overcoming disturbing emotions which cause stress and anxiety
  • Gain courage and confidence to take swift professional and personal decisions
